Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code; it will be resent a week before your stay.
- Check-Out: 10am
- Check-ins and check-outs are not allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
Property Access
- There is no check-in office; proceed directly to the cabin using the emailed door code.
Parking Information
- Free parking is available for two cars.

Pet Policy
- The pet fee is $100 per dog, non-refundable.
- Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
- Only dogs are permitted.
- Guests must bring a crate.
- Do not leave your pet(s) alone at the property unless they are kept in a kennel.
- Please clean up after your pet(s).
- Guests will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed if evidence of fleas, damage, or extra cleaning due to pets is found upon departure.
- Bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet sleeps on; extra cleaning fees may be charged for excessive dog hair or odor.
Fees and Payments
- The pet fee is $100 per dog and is non-refundable.
- Vacay Protection: Cancellation Guarantee allows cancellation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
- Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional property damage; damages exceeding $250, or any intentional damages, will be charged to the credit card on file.
